Private Lessons:
Have you got an event coming up and would love to make the cake, but are not sure where to start? Perhaps a private lesson is the way to go! I come to your home and bring the cake, the buttercream and all the tools you need to create an amazing cake that is tailored to the event you have coming up. We work out what you want the cake to look like and what techniques you would like to learn and then I will guide you through the decorating process, with everything supplied. You get to have the fun of decorating, with none of the work and get to say you made the cake!

This adorable Bride to bee cake was created with a private lesson. My student learned how to fill, crumb coat and finish the cake with a textured buttercream, make fondant bees, flowers and chocolate honeycomb.
